You can check the status of Agilicus AnyX globally using https://uptime.agilicus.ca/status/anyx.

Typically issues relate to either the connector on your site being down, or, the network between the connector and the Internet is down, or, the upstream service (e.g. your application) is unavailable to the connector. See Diagnostics for these.
