Interacting with Agilicus Support

You may contact us via email support@agilicus.com, or via the live chat built into the product admin (https://admin.__MYDOMAIN__). Before contacting us, you might consider the FAQ (which is also linked in the product guide in the upper right), or this product guide (for which specific pages are linked through the admin interface).
If you email support@agilicus.com, the system will generate a ticket which our team will respond on, and you may reply via email.
Collaborative Assistance

During the course of providing support you may decide to to have our team work along side you with permission to see & modify your configuration. You may do so via the ‘Support Requests’ feature. This gives a member of our team temporary permission to see your configuration. Any action they do will appear in your audit trail. You may revoke this permission at any time.
It is important to understand that by doing so you are temporarily granting permission to act as an administrator to one of the members of our team.
