Clock Sync

Modern security requires a correct local clock. This is needed to drive encryption certificates as well as authorisation.

In some air gap environments it is complex to get a proper clock since NTP to public sources is unavailable.

The Agilicus Connector has two modes of operation which can help. In the first, the Connector can act as a gateway for NTP, making port 123 NTP available to either the machine it runs on, or, to the entire LAN. In the below screen shot this is controlled by the first line.

In addition, the Agilicus Connector can keep the time synced on the machine it runs on, this is managed by the second check box.
