Billing and subscriptions
The Billing page in the portal is where you manage the commercial side of your Agilicus AnyX subscription: your billing account, payment method, invoices, usage, and licences.
Billing account
Your organisation has a billing account that stores:
- customer data: the name and contact details used on invoices;
- subscription data: your plan and any add-ons;
- payment method: the credit card used for payment (only the brand and last four digits are ever shown; the full number is never displayed);
- invoices: issued invoices and their status; and
- usage metrics: how much of your plan’s capacity you have used.
Setting up payment
During getting started you set up payment so the subscription can be billed. You can:
- add or update the payment method (see the web guide’s How may I set or update my credit card?);
- choose who receives email notice of an invoice (see How may I set who receives email notice of an invoice?);
- review invoices and usage; and
- manage licence-related settings (for example evaluation contexts).
Licences
The platform reports licence details for your organisation, including any licence constraints that limit which resources or connectors you can add. The portal warns you when you approach or exceed a licence limit (for example when creating a new resource).

The Usage metrics page in the web guide describes how usage is measured and how to read the numbers. Usage data also appears in the portal’s Metrics section.
