An end user has complained that Profile shows “You do not currently have any assigned resources.

This means this user does not have any permission assigned.

In turn this can mean:

• they are signing into profile with an alternative user (to diagnose, click on their profile, icon in upper right, it will tell you).
• to check permissions, use Access/Audits, enter a bit of their name (see below screenshot)
• if you determine there is a missing assignment of permission, it could be either
  • you assign it via a group, and the user is not in the group (see Access/Groups), or
  • the permissions are assigned directly: see Access/Application Permissions (for web applications) and Access/Resource Permissions (Desktop, Share, …)
