Microsoft Edge inadvertently forces localhost connections to https (due to HSTS). This can prevent Agilicus Connector or Launcher authentication. To solve, go to Edge browser and type following statement in address bar.

chrome://net-internals/#hsts

Scroll all the way down to the section below and enter “localhost”, then click “Delete”.

Now, your localhost will be excluded from the HTTPS redirection.
