You can watch a live trace of a connector’s logs without signing in to the connector
host. This is useful when a resource fails to connect, when a share reports a list
error, or when you need to confirm that a configuration change took effect.

In your admin interface, open **Resources > Connectors > Overview** (`resources/
connectors/overview`).

 * Find the connector you want to inspect and open its actions menu.
 * Select **Live Logs**.
 * A wide window opens and begins streaming the connector’s debug logs. Each line
   shows the time, the connector instance, the severity level (for example `info`,`
   warn`, or `error`), and the message.

The view scrolls automatically as new lines arrive. Use **Auto-scroll** to pause
or resume following the log, and **Clear** to empty the window. Closing the dialog
stops the trace.

**Live Logs** is available for agent connectors, and the connector must be running.
It can take up to a minute for the connector to begin publishing, so if the window
stays empty, wait a moment and confirm the connector is online. For logs stored
on the connector host itself, see [Retrieve connector logs (on Windows)](https://www.agilicus.com/faq/retrieve-connector-logs-on-windows/)
or [Retrieve connector logs (on Linux)](https://www.agilicus.com/faq/retrieve-connector-logs-on-linux/).

For a wider view of every log source available to you, see [Diagnostic Logs](https://www.agilicus.com/faq/diagnostic-logs/),
and for background on the connector, see the [Agilicus Connector guide](https://www.agilicus.com/anyx-guide/agilicus-connector/).
