End-users can test their multi-factor setup.

Sign in to https://profile.__MYDOMAIN__. Navigate to the user profile menu in the
upper right, select ‘Multi-factor Authentication’. On the specific method they have
setup (for most users only 1), select the 3-dots action menu, and ‘Test’. This will
walk them through the flow.
